Arizona Tile only had a 30 day return policy. It’s very difficult to complete your job in 30 days. Other tile stores do not have this policy. In addition they charge. 25% re-stocking fee. These policies make it very difficult to plan ahead for your projects.

We had an excellent experience at Arizona Tile.
One reason is that the spaces are so nicely organized and presented. Another reason is that every person with whom we worked regarding stone or tile was eager to assist. STONE: One person was filling in from another department yet answered all of our questions and came to check on us twice. Another person, Quay, helped us mightily when we learned that the granite we loved was all on hold, but when a new batch was arriving and what the process was. TILE: You could not have a better asset than the young woman who excelled in meeting our needs. She was patient and knowledgeable and had an infectious personality.

My family and I went in to look for some Taj Mahal Granite and right off the bat we were not acknowledged when walking in. We walked around for over 10 minutes and still no one bothered to ask if we needed any assistance. When I went to the front desk the lady there didn’t bother asking me if I needed help when I tried to ask she ignored me and continued typing away on her computer. Glad we didn’t give them our business. Ended up getting the best service and granite at Francini's. I would not recommend this place.
