  Unlike the very large tile fabricating companies, my wife and I were greeted at the door by both Dan and his sister welcomed us with warm smiles. This was in stark contrast to the two other tile showrooms, where we were on our own for nearly 10 minutes in each instance. . While they were business savvy, we didn't feel as welcomed or appreciated as we were when we went to Arizona Tile. Dan really listened and asked questions to get a clear understanding of our tile project. He showed us around, and also gave us time to talk before we selected our top choices. Our contractor has utilized Arizona Tile for more than a decade, and he has been very impressed with the quality as well the timeliness of Dan's work. Another thing we liked about Dan is how he made us feel important. While we're not engaging in a really big project, that was secondary. We felt he cared about our needs and desires. We are so pleased to have been referred to Arizona Tile. Dan Kalashian

  Picked up some material Very friendly staff Shout out to Nico, i got a flat tire in the parking lot. He helped me with a quick fix to get to the tire Shop around the area. Very appreciated

  Diane Schaffer, the consultant who assisted me during my stop to the Livermore showroom, is an absolute gem! She very patiently helped me as I requested dozens of samples, was very professional and knowledgable in answering my questions, and exemplifies "world-class customer service". I was blown away by how much care and effort she put into making me feel like a valued customer. I came in looking for beautiful flooring and countertop materials (of which I found several options to choose from!), but left more impressed by her exceptional customer service! Highly recommend folks to come here if they're looking for a great selection of beautiful and high-quality materials, paired with great customer service!

  Huge thank you to Diane!! She went above and beyond to help me find tile for my shower. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and her customer service was exceptional! I will be back for any future tile projects. Thank you again Diane!
