  spent every session with a therapist who refused to listen and genuinely couldn’t tell you anything about me.

  This therapist Karen Laughton put the office phone on speaker in order for her friends to listen to me taking to her while I was in session. I report it to the manager at the time and they did nothing whatsoever. They're a bunch of garbage working at Arista Center in Forest Hills stay away from that place.

  Horrible place. During my intake they were insistent that I take medication and they refused to give me therapy because I refused the medication and wanted to try talk therapy first before resorting to medication. Avoid this place, they don't care about anyone's well being.
