Extremely disappointed with customer service. I tried to resolve an issue and was met with unprofessionalism and complete lack of care. The staff Melena seemed uninterested in helping and offered no real solution. I expected much better treatment as I have been a customer for years and serviced by Maya Mandie Elisa and Vanessa all Excellent Staff. What happened? The Staff now seems unmotivated and dismissive, and overall has gone downhill. I hope management take action and bring back the standard that previous reps had.
