  Beautiful new apartment complex. I got to teach a workshop to the residents and everyone was very friendly. There seemed to be a really nice community there!

  One word: PHENOMENAL! First, I would like to give a HUGE shout out to our leasing agent Krista. We were in a tight spot and needed an apartment ASAP and she did not disappoint! She walked us step by step through the process and was always ready with an answer when we needed one. Additionally, we have had the great pleasure of having Sam come in and complete some minor maintenance needed in our apartment. He was always very personable, ready to answer any questions we had, and chatted with us to make the experience feel more personal. The events held here are top notch! From the happy hours, tote bag decorating, yoga, and much more! They really make it easy to get together with everyone in the community to create new lasting friendships. If you had any doubts on where your next home was going to be, I would highly recommend Arden Karls Farm!

  We absolutely love living here!! The apartment is beautiful Amenities are wonderful! And the Events they put on are the best!! I want to Shout out Krista she has been extremely helpful and so sweet! Her personality and outgoing down to earth spirit is a big factor on why we choose this complex to call home!!! You guys have a wonderful girl on staff with this one!!! Thank you to Jess for getting us all Leased up and ready to go and getting these great events set up!! Love this place and the sweet staff!!! All of them even the awesome maintenance like Sam have been truly a blessing since moving here!! Come call this place home!! I would give them 1000 stars if I could!!!

  Amazing so far, Everythings brand new, quiet inside the building. And the staff (Will, Jessica, Krista and Sophie) have been so warm and welcoming, thank you!

  The best experience I've ever had!!! Krista helped me a lot in the process of acquiring my apartment, I am really very grateful to her, she explained everything in detail and always answered my doubts, even though my English is not good that she did not care and helped me!!! Thank you very much Krista!!!
