- BBBillyOct 14, 20251.0Mr Evan, I had the same issue … was going to use there services but declined do to with holding specific information about my tax return and not giving me a specific answer about my home . After I declined … they became very rude when I asked about details on how much they was charging me and how it was calculated . I would not recommend.

I did a no obligation consultation and decided ,with there advice not to proceed but the monthly payment kept coming out . I called and even went to my credit union to stop payment. But for some reason the payments were still coming out. I800 bucks took out, they eventually refunded 685 but the receptionist states the lawyer gets paid even if we don’t do work. Then they state we don’t have any calls from you, how if your receptionist didn’t write down or relay that information who’s fault is that. Is over a year without me sending any verification papers such as ID or anything else wouldn’t that scream do not proceed. But the payments kept coming out. I have a email where I responded do not proceed . Unfortunately I agree take some money but 1200 for what exactly when your advice was not to proceed. Not great business, and if you decided to keep that amount I had to call you three times to get that information. My mother in law used them My sister both had great things about this company but I don’t agree with how I was handled. Do not seek them as they get paid even if they don’t work from there receptionist
