We purchased a new single phase DAIKIN Fit from Artic Heating and Air Conditioning a year ago now. We are extremely pleased with the unit and the service we’ve had with Artic. Our sales and installation engineer, Jason, was a pleasure to work with and we found that he was very professional and focused on speccing the right system and engineering the duct work to deliver optimal heating and cooling throughout the house. Throughout the winter and summer we’ve been very comfortable. Also, the new system has been very efficient compared to our old heat pump, saving big on energy of the last year. We just had our first preventative maintenance visit with their technician Eric. Very friendly and thorough service completed by him on the air handler and outdoor compressor. All in all what a great company to work with and great results on the new system. Give them a call and ask for Jason to pay you a visit!

I am so very impressed with this company! My air conditioning stopped working twice this summer out and I hired another local company to fix it. It didnt last. The third time they came out they said I needed new system ==approx $9000. A second company had same opinion after evaluating system for 45 mins. Then Artic came to the rescue!! I always get 3 estimates on larger jobs. Jason from Arctic methodically evaluated the system and decided that he had to reconnect all low voltage wiring (time consuming) to really understand where the issue was. He uncovered that it was a defrost sensor...that and another board is going to cost $600. Unbelievable!!! I am so grateful I called this company!
