Foreman Mike Treglia and Technicians; Dan and Pedro were excellent workers. They were extremely neat, and clean up was very good.
This was my Second Arctic Air - Lennox AC/ Furnace installation within 2 months. Mike and Dan were also on my first install.

Greg was very patient and thorough explaining the job and type of units that were applicable for my home size, etc., his No Pressure salesmanship was greatly appreciated and scheduling of the installation was very accommodating.
First off, I have no problem with the actual work they did replacing our AC. The work was fine. My wife and I couldn't be home the day they did the work but we were assured that they were professionals who barely even needed to be in the house. We have a very old dog who mostly sleeps all day and when I asked David our serviceman if she needed to be in the cage, he said no. We left for work only to get a call a few hours later that they had flipped the circuit breaker and when they did, it tripped our alarm. Firemen and police were dispatched to my house with no one home. When I finally got a hold of David my first question was is our dog okay. He assured me she was fine. After dealing with Arctic Air AND the police for forty minutes over the phone, it seemed like everything was okay. I was grateful my dog was safe and understanding that accidents happen. Later that night we got a knock on our door from a neighbor we had never met explaining that she found our dog a couple blocks away in the middle of the street and that she had almost been hit by a car. She must have slipped out in the confusion. She took it upon herself to figure out whose dog it was and eventually returned her to our house where apparently Arctic Air wasn't even looking for her or realized she was gone. If it weren't for a kind stranger, my dog would have been missing or dead when we returned home. I wasn't even going to complain to them until I got a text asking me to leave a five star review. Instead of leaving a bad review, I called them and told them what happened and I was assured that a manager would reach out and contact me soon. That was three weeks ago. No follow up. When I called two days ago to cancel the furnace work they're supposed to do next month and told them why I was canceling, i was once again assured that a manager would reach out. Again no follow up. They got our money and then couldn't care less that we weren't thrilled with the service. Terrible customer service. Avoid if you can.

I call Artic because a good friend recommended them.
They did a good job installing the new AC and Furnace equipment. But because they shut off the power for the new installation we lost internet and also they forgot to restart the water heater.
Called them, sent another technician to check the water heater and he told me that the water heater got a problem because was a sign that something liquid was falling from inside. Well after 10 min that sign was not flushing any more. After one hour the water heater was working well.
They charge me from the visit and I was not expecting that. Because was their fault.
They forgot to turn on the water heater after the technician turn on the power.
They insist on the payment and I do not want to fight with them. So I paid.
I understand that these are difficult times to all the business like that . But what they did to me was not right.
Over roll good work, but bad customer service.
The lady on the phone at their office ruin the good work the technicians and the salesman did.
Please think twice before call them.

I’m about 9 weeks after contract signing for a whole new HVAC system in my townhouse. I’m about 7 weeks after the installation. The installation was generally fine. But this morning, I noticed a puddle of water that is streaming from my utility room to my front door. Also, per contract, Arctic Air was supposed to file and deliver the township permits. Despite my numerous phone calls to Arctic Air, I have yet to receive ANY permit related information. I suspect that the subsequent mandatory inspection from the town would have caught this leak issue. It’s almost as if Arctic Air is purposely delaying things to time out warranties and liability for poor quality work.
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Arctic Air. From start to finish, the entire process was outstanding.
We worked with Colin, our comfort advisor, who really listened to what we wanted and helped design the right solution for our home—not just something he wanted to sell. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were making the right choice.
What impressed me most was the efficiency: they turned around a full installation of a brand new air conditioning and heating system in just 24 hours, even though this wasn’t an emergency situation. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days.
The installation crew was excellent—professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home. They worked clean, picked up after themselves, and left everything spotless. The system was installed quickly, done right the first time, and everything was explained clearly before they left.
All in all, Arctic Air delivered exactly what we hoped for: a high-quality system, exceptional service, and an stress-free experience. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering heating or cooling work.
