  This morning I watched two Archway employees do a very thorough and professional job of aerating, fertilizing and seeding my lawn. I was impressed with the professional approach. And - they took time to answer several questions I had. Good job!

  Great job! We are very happy with the concrete curbing they installed. They are hard to get a hold of only because they do fantastic work and their phone is ringing off the hook.

  Terrible. Went too fast & even though we requested time & time again for them to go more slowly, they never did and missed spots & it was always left too long! Never took into consideration the rain so ripped up our lawn regularly. I did like the fact that if we didn't want them one week, we could cancel that week. And there was no contact so it was easy to say "bye" when we'd had enough.

  Updated 09.03.2025: There was nothing to “turn around”. Archway decided to finally mulch our neighborhood for the first time this year in August. No, not a second time - the FIRST time when we’re almost done with the warm season. They still don’t edge and trim, and grass is now above my knees along the backside of the house. I have surveillance video showing they use a trimmer as low as possible to scorch the ground but god forbid they turn the damn thing to the side and use it to edge along anything. They do not blow off the patios still, the driveways barely get blown off. The kicker: residents said our last lawn care company in 2024 was far superior. Management said the same. Yes I live in the neighborhood across from their facility. No I cannot see their facility because I face the lake and there’s a street with houses blocking their establishment so I don’t keep track of when they work nor should I. Instead of focusing on quantity, focus on quality of jobs. It’s really damn easy to turn a weed wacker vertically and edge with it. And blow things thoroughly. And slow down when mowing so it cuts more evenly or at least sharpen blades. This company is still trash. Original review: Very sloppy work. We live in the new villas right across from their facility and they have a contract with our entire community. They never come on the same day - they clearly fit us in when they can and it’s always 5pm or later. They don’t do any PROPER edging, lawns aren’t cut evenly (sharpen your blades!), they don’t trim against the villas so grass is growing up the side of the homes, and they do a terrible job blowing off driveways and walkways. Every week I’m using our personal blower to get the clippings off the patio so we and our dog doesn’t track it in, and out of the garage because it gets blown in when we come home. I’m just appalled how bad they are. We chose to sell our home in LSL and downsize and our HOA did 104 homes and we thought they were bad but they were fantastic compared to these guys.
