In the winter, they did an excellent job keeping our parking lot plowed and well salted. They really stayed on top of it! They tracked the winter weather systems, and sent out regular, detailed emails about the winter weather and their plans for plowing and salting. These emails were incredibly helpful. Usually winter is stressful for us, but Architerra brought a welcome relief. Lucy (the owner) and her team are very knowledgeable. They’ve been doing this for literally decades! Her team has been doing a great job mowing the lawns, pruning the plants, and keeping our grounds looking nice. She also had great suggestions on how to improve our grounds using the plants and flowers we currently have. Since I oversee the care of the church grounds and landscaping, I am the one who interacts with Architerra. The staff has been great to work with. I especially like that on our online account, they list every single time they plow and salt, including what time they came and how long it took. This is extremely helpful to me because I need to keep the church leadership informed of costs. Also, their prices seem very reasonable to us, which is important to us as a non-profit organization.

At Architerra, our full-service landscaping contract includes one spring cleanup visit, 28 weekly maintenance visits, two new growth trimming visits, and two fall cleanup visits. Spring cleanup involves initial mowing, debris removal, bed edge redefinition, weed removal, perennial care, and site cleaning. Weekly maintenance includes mowing, trimming, weeding, and edging. Trimming visits focus on new growth management for various plants. Fall cleanup encompasses leaf removal, final mowing, and preparing the landscape for winter.
