We offer both commercial and residential.
How long does it take for the carpets to dry after cleaning them?
The drying time is between 6 to 8 hours usually. We do recommend to watch your step for at least 24 hours.
What method of cleaning do you use?
Our method of cleaning is steam cleaning.
Can we walk on the carpets while they are wet?
Yes you can walk on the carpets when they are wet. We do advise you to watch your step for at least 24 hours.
Do you clean grout?
Yes! We clean the tile and the grout at the same time.
Do you seal the grout after it is cleaned?
We can seal the grout after it is completely dried. We recommend at least a full day of dry time.
Do you do carpet stretching?
We do carpet stretching as well as carpet repairs.
Should I open the windows after carpet cleaning?
No. We generally recommend nice cool circulating air from the air conditioning. Sometimes outside air can bring in moisture, increasing the drying time. How ever, if for some reason the home does not have air conditioning then we do recommend opening the windows to get some kind of air flow in the house.
We are doing renovations. Should we have the carpets cleaned first or last?
You should do the carpet cleaning last. Sometimes when homes are being renovated, there tends to be dust and debris left behind on the floors. So it is best to wait to have the carpet and tile cleaning done until all renovations are finished.
How long does it take the furniture to dry after being steam cleaned?
The drying time for furniture is generally between 3 to 5 hours to completely dry.
Do you move furniture before cleaning?
We will move your basic furniture which is your sofas, love seats and end tables. Any other furniture, we will go around it or underneath if we are able to.
What type of cleaning method do you use?
The type of cleaning method we use, is steam cleaning (hot water extraction) with a truck mounted unit.
