  I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is comfortable and well-kept, and everything has been easy from move-in to now. The location is super convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and everything I need day-to-day. Maintenance has always been quick to respond whenever I’ve needed something. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free apartment.

  I love the style of these apartments, and I think the community as a whole has a great atmosphere. However, there were issues with my roommate and I's room, like them not being cleaned properly when we moved in, animal scratches on furniture and stairs, and missing some important pieces (shower plug and all screens for windows). All it took were maintenance requests to fix most of these issues, though they should've been fixed before moving in.

  Absolutely lovely neighborhood. Lots of greenery, plenty of parking and a bunch of fun things to do at the leasing office. Everyone is so nice but especially Bella. Ask for her if you need any help as she’s just lovely, happy to help with anything I’ve needed. Just her personality alone will make you choose Arcadia.

  I’ve had a great experience with Arcadia Student Living so far! The property is beautiful and really well-maintained, with modern apartments and great amenities that make living here super convenient and comfortable. The fitness center, pool, and study areas are all huge pluses, and it really feels like the community is designed with students in mind. On top of that, the staff has been amazing—especially Bella. She was so helpful in answering all my questions, super patient, and made the whole process of getting information and feeling comfortable much easier. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping residents and making sure everything goes smoothly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Arcadia Student Living to anyone looking for a place that combines great amenities with a supportive staff!

  Living at Arcadia Student Living feels like having a mini campus of your own with its vibrant social events and friendly community atmosphere. Plus, the reliable high-speed internet and quiet study spaces make balancing work and play super easy. Bella at the leasing office gave me a tour and helped out a lot!
