With a Starbucks in the parking lot a congested traffic area exists. Be alert! Parking lot cannot handle Sprouts, Starbucks and other strip mall shops here. Be alert!

This Sprouts isnt typically busy, so it's a great option. The center also has the best place in AZ to buy cheesecake (Bahnams).
