- SHSky Homere4 days ago2.0The apartment is really really nice safe place for your children and they make sure the apartment clean it’s a beautiful apartment but why I give them 2 stars because those people that work in the office is a headache smh every month they try to take more than you pay, now I went to bring a money order I put in the mailbox you guys have camera yall see me put the money inside the mailbox and sending me sayin they couldn’t see the money order if not they give us couple days to leave and they still not checking the camera I still not founding my money order and I won’t lose it trust me they will give it back whoever take it.last time they do that to me because I did have the receipt for the money order they say ohh yeah I get now I lost the money order receipt for October I couldn’t found it, they told us to pay another money order everything is getting tough we can’t throughout money like this smh I’m goin to have 2 years in this apartment👏🏽other than that everything is perfect

It was parked right in front of our building! They say they have cameras but thats a bold face lie. They have two posted at the front entrance where the street lights don't even work. The office isn't open per the posted hours on the building. There is rampant vandalism of personal property as well as the own complexes property and they couldn't care less and don't take the appropriate measures to stop the infarctions.

They are a joke you pay this high rent for what you think is a good community or nice living but it’s really an overpriced project. From the apartments and car being broken into. The kids bully other children and their staff down to the fact you paying a trash bill and the trash is always all over the ground. The random people knocking on your door at 4am. Dead mice on the sidewalks It’s some much that happens here they moved me in a unit with a bullet hole in my window and door that nobody thought was a problem.They don’t do things by the book(legally) they make up shit as they go along. The police is always coming here and I don’t mean the Courtesy officer. Oh yeah if something happens over the weekend it’s nobody to contact it’s no prompt to get you through to the courtesy office and the police picks and chooses if they wanna show up out here.
