- SHSteve HalsbrookJan 22, 20241.0DO NOT bring any family here that you love! Staff is all about sales, pricing, income. Staff, especially care staff, is dishonest, manipulative, and calculating towards increased income goals for every patient. Care is very poor overall. Medications are not given on time and occasionally missed. Care staff leadership is abhorrent and outright dishonest. Personal belongings, including jewelry, have disappeared without explanation. They have received multiple complaints to State of MN Dept of Health as well as Ombudsman liaison offices. Complaints were validated, documented, and recorded. Do not put your trust in them or leave your family with this facility. It will be regrettable.
