- SMSarah MarksMay 15, 20251.0I would never tell anyone to live here. Worst place I have lived. Water got turned off all the time. 7 months with telling them what needed maintenance in my apartment. And they did nothing. I even had two maintenance people come out and look at it saying that they were going to fix it and nothing ever got done. There was never any snow removal on the weekends so you had to shovel yourself out. Definitely not a place to live if you want a clean property.

They know us by our first names and are always welcoming!!! When we do have any maintenance problem, it's so easy to call the office to get it fixed! We've never had a problem with maintenance, office staff, and our neighbors! We actually made a friend in our apartment complex which is super nice since we've been living in Middleton the last 2 years and are still new to Dane County. I'm a new mother so when I do need to go in the office, they are always asking how my baby is which is nice because it makes me feel welcomed and comfortable!!! This was our number 1 choice when my husband and I were looking for apartments!! When there is a misunderstanding between the office and us, they are so good about fixing it and turning around to make us happy! They are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and caring!! I highly recommend this apartment!!!
- MMMyNextLvLOct 29, 20172.0Was ok to live here for a short time. The staff in the ofice trys there Hardest. The Kirchen wasnt very nice. The bathroom had his best days behind it and the Windows didnt close very good.
