  My experience was absolutely amazing. The phone call was my first point of contact with Nadine, who was professional and informative. My next contact was Andrew, who arrived at the appointed time. Very professional and informative. A great experience from start to completion. In 5 years, I shall need another Wind Mitigation Inspection, and ARB Home Inspections shall definitely have my repeat business.

  Andrew and his team do amazing work. I worked in New Home Quality Control a few years ago and my husband works in generational construction. I have never seen reports this thorough. Everything found was explained fully and everything from the big hitters for insurance to the small dimples in the floor were noted. This is really important not just for appraisal and insurance purposes, but it allows you to determine what needs to be fixed as a preventive to keep your home safe in the future. I literally will not go to anyone other than ARB Home Inspections now. They’re on another level. If you’re looking for a home inspection, stop here. This is all you’ll ever need.
