  Stopped by to see about having my ring re-dipped. Instead of performing a service that wasn't necessary, Karen explained it just needed to be cleaned. She cleaned my ring and in an hour it looked brand new. There was no charge for the cleaning and told me to bring it back any time. Appreciate everything about this local Jewelry store.
