  We moved in June 2025, the community is beautiful. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Maintenance is on top of every request. Very responsive and quick to fix any concerns. John the maintenance supervisor is exceptional and very knowledgeable. Trash service is also very convenient. We haven’t had any issues since moving in that weren’t addressed promptly.

  I adore my flat! Ara Townhomes and Flats is lovely, and so is the entire management team and maintenance staff. The building is superb! The grounds are well manicured, and the location is perfect for work. My flat has an open floorplan with a walk through closet. Love the touch of gold in the kitchen, the huge island counter, lighted mirror in the bathroom, impressive balcony, the amenities and the beautiful pool! Oh my, the list goes on!! I highly recommend living here for a luxury experience and having a peaceful home❤️
