When I had a problem with a pool pump that I bought from them 4 days previous i was told I would have to buy a second one and the first charge would stay on my credit card till the vendor received it and ran test's. Ask them about their product guarantee and exchange policy on any electronic product before you buy it and get it in writing because it isn't posted. As far as my pump one associate had to go above to get it resolved after 50 minuets. Shame on you folks for treating people like that.
