From always being able to speak with a knowledgeable person to standing behind their customers, I would give 6 stars if I could. We recently had an issue with a product that we installed on a project and John and Ryan responded faster than I expected and quickly remedied the problem for us and our customer. Their pricing is ALWAYS solid, but the customer service here is worth more than any savings that you may be able dig up elsewhere. No reason to purchase anywhere else!

In one day the item was entered in their computer system, ordered and they went out of their way to pick it up another state over and delivered in two days. Now that is service you don't usually see.
