  Our service guy Jon Anderson was great! He was very knowledgeable and in no rush to make sure all our needs were met and everything was properly fixed. I also liked that he explained everything he did and what was going on with my system in terms I could understand. I saved his card and will be sure to request him for the next time.

  I recently had an outstanding experience with Aquarius Plumbing, thanks to Jeremy. We had a major issue with water leaking all over under our bathroom sink. It was a nightmare, especially since there were no shutoff valves under there. Jeremy assured me he could not only fix the leak but also install new shutoff valves and a new faucet. What impressed me even more was that they offer financing through GreenSky, and Jeremy presented me with three different options to choose from. I’m truly grateful for the service I received. I had called around to several places, but many were hesitant to help because I live in a mobile home. Jeremy had no issues at all and was willing to assist. If I ever find myself in need of plumbing help again, I will absolutely be reaching out to Aquarius. Thank you so much for such great service!

  Dan W did a great job with the estimate. Looked over everything (current system, venting, electrical) to be sure there wouldn't be issues or what they would fix. Gave me many options to consider. Got right back to me with answers to my questions. Install was great. They come prepared and ready and got done earlier than estimated. All nice guys. Travis, AJ, and the others were very friendly and asked if change in pipe placement was ok. After install they went over the system and things to do or not do. They also set up the new thermostat and helped me set it up in the app. I highly recommend.

  We have has nothing but problems with our Kinetico system. We really haven’t had soft water for 4 years. They send out a repairman who spends all day doing repairs and replacing expensive parts, refurbished tanks all to no avail. The repair guys are extremely nice which makes complaining all the more difficult. Last year they were here 4 times and soon after they left and assured us all was well it stopped working again. We let it go because we are here seasonally and it wasn’t worth our time to waste it on another repair appointment. This summer we were busy so we didn’t contact them and just went with hard water. When he came out last week it took another day of our time. Justin was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing and this years new part was $365 and now its not working again. There is nothing political way I would ever recommend a Kinetico system to anyone and we will probably replace it with a reliable system.

  Justin came to repair a Kinetico that we had issues from the beginning but no one could fix it!! He worked so hard to get to the bottom of the issue and did not leave until it was working properly after 4 years of other trying to fix it!!!!! He was amazing, he was experienced, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and extremely efficient! He is such an asset to the Aquarius company because we had had it with them and gave them one last chance. We had used them for everything before and had spent thousands in new tankless water heater, redoing the shower and on and on and we were done, that is until Justin made us smile, He definitely is an asset to their company and should be recognized for his ability to win back a former loyal customer!! His strong work ethis was so apparent but he was also one of the nicest person we have encountered. Thank you Justin for restoring our faith in Aquarius!!
