  Never and I mean NEVER let these people into your home!! These are the biggest scammers in New Mexico!! They will charge you monthly for a service that never gets complete! They won’t let you cancel and will claim you still owe them money! Worst company to ever have in New Mexico. Get these grandma scammers out. Do not sign up. You have been warned

  Vanessa totally exceeded our expectations. She sent us a text letting us know when to expect her. We discussed areas we were especially concerned about. She described what she would be doing - inside & outside. We then moved things to make her access readily available. She then did her thing, and subsequently reported sightings & observations she encountered during the spraying process. She was absolutely fantastic, not to mention totally professional & courteous throughout. Thank you, Vanessa, and thank you Aptive! Looking forward to your next visit, just before the first snow around Thanksgiving. Cost per month is well worth it here in the East Mountains (East of Albuquerque).

  All of the Aptive folks are great! They are very professional, provide an amazing service and are always ready to help with whatever your unique issue property has. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for pest and insect control service.

  Gave it months and it never worked. They assured me their product minimizes mosquitos near your home or inside. I still get eaten up by mosquitos every I go outside or even sitting in the living room. Every time we've gotten a treatment they say the mosquito trap was set in the wrong place. Every. Single. Time. Seems like they all need to get on the same page on where to set it. But every time it gave me false hoping thinking that was the issue. Yet, here we are, months in, many hundreds of dollars lost only to be still bit by mosquitos. Gave them 2 starts because their customer service is kind. Also, scheduling is a nightmare.
