  My experience with Aptive has been great. They are very knowledgeable and always striving to meet your needs and expectations. Victoria was very polite and made sure to address all my concerns. I highly recommend them.

  Be highly skeptical about the reviews for this company because they have a reputation of being predatory and fraudulent. One of their door-to-door sales representatives, Boyd Church, scammed my elderly mother with dementia into signing a two-year contract in April. My mother has not had a form of identification since mid-2024 and has no idea how to access her email account. The sales representative helped her create a new email address and allowed her to sign a contract with no way to validate her identity. When my mother was deemed unfit to live alone in September, I became aware of this contract and attempted to cancel it, as she was moving to CA to live with me. Not only did the customer service rep not care that their staff took advantage of my cognitively disabled mother, they charged a $199 cancelation fee. This is elder abuse and people need to be aware that this company is preying on senior citizens. If anyone else in the Meridian area has experienced this, I would love to connect and hold this company accountable for their behavior.

  Worst pest control company ever! I’ve never had more bugs in and around my home with adaptive. Going back to them my last pest control company. Aptive will cancel your appointments without reason and not reschedule them. Their salesmen are liars, specifically August. He will tell you anything to sign up, including lying about what is included in your package. And when you find out he lied about what was included and you try to cancel they charge you an early cancellation fee because it’s a two year contract they make you sign even though you were made false promises. Their customers service managers are extremely rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Some say the company extends the time between visits and still claims to be within contract terms. Hidden Contracts: There are complaints about misleading sales tactics—such as customers unknowingly signing long-term contracts when they thought they were agreeing to a one-time service. Missed Infestations & Extra Charges: Several reviews mention that Aptive missed obvious pest issues and then charged extra to address them later. Pet Safety Concerns: One alarming review described a case where a pet was poisoned due to improper placement of rodenticide.

  I would NEVER recommend them! The first time they came out it was ok…just ok.. then we tried calling for 3 weeks about a spider problem nothing no response to the numbers they gave us. Randomly we got scheduled again after I found an 800 #. They came out and I have cameras outside and inside my home and the guy literally didn’t even spray he just walked around the house and left before two minutes! He only sprayed the drive way area which is because my husband was out there. The manager emailed me and I told him to call me to discuss the issue and not a word!! Horrible company they will lie and not spray and still charge you!
