  They have been very polite, informative, professional and don't make a mess. Work around the clutter that I have in my basement right now 😊 I'm happy I switched over.

  Aptive has continued to be incredible. They are super helpful and always go above and beyond for any issue we have had in our new house. We have had multiple issues with various insects and they have taken care of them all. Highly recommend.

  Service did not work for me, Specifically trying to get rid of the stink bugs. I was told that if it did not work after two treatments I would not be billed the cancelation fee. They did bill the cancelation fee anyways.

  I have had professional pest control at my house. I have seen and experienced their job. This service, was better than the first time.you came. But for the price it was sub par I’m not satisfied. Mice control terrible no one is checking the boxes for bait Spiders still around. The sales person mid represented the service. I would like my money back. Do not want this service. I can go on about the lousy Give me a call and I will.

  I would be very careful with this company!! They came out for my second visit and only treated maybe 25% of the yard. This was after I had to call to get them to even come out after i was told they would automatically schedule. Thought I had the issues resolved with customer service but with the third visit they didn't even show up and that was after I had received text and emails reminding me of the appointments. After all of these troubles i had to cancel and then had to pay $169 as a penalty for cancelling early! These were all Aptive problems providing the service to me yet I get penalized for their poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE AND DO NOT BELIEVE YOUR SALES REP!!!
