  Jacob Selander is a really cute salesman that came by my place and was super nice and sweet, they did a great service for us got all the sliders and ants really wish it was Jacob that had done the service, but hopefully he sees this review and reaches out….. 😘

  Don’t sign up for Aptiv. They were great when we first signed up a couple years ago but maybe they are too big for that personal touch anymore. They send you a text 1 day before they have scheduled themselves to come (they don’t call or contact more than 24 hours ahead of time to make sure that day/time works for you), they *only* do outside pest control, and they try to upsell you to their plan that will end up charging you $158/MONTH even though they say they will come “every 30-60 days.” They will come every 30 days and charge you for it. We are switching to an indoor/outdoor service and will save probably $600+/year.

  We discovered a mud wasp nest under our eave. Aptive was able to schedule our service for the next day. Norman, our service tech was prompt, explained the process before starting, was very thorough & efficient! We are very happy with our choice of exterminator & highly recommended them.

  Could have been a rather embarrassing visit. Appointment was scheduled for 2:00-3:00. At around 12:30 I was in the shower. Apparently the exterminator arrived during that time. I occasionally wonder around the house prior to dressing. Thank GOODNESS not today. When I came out, fully dressed, there was a gentleman in my yard. He said he had a cancellation and came early. He figured I wasn't home as no one answered the door . Probably would have been a good idea to call first. He explained the service he had provided up to that point and we discussed the bug and rodent concerns I had. He was responsive and told me what he was doing for these issues. He seemed to be very thorough. Could have let me know that he was finished and leaving as would have liked to confirm what was done. Two little things reason for the 4. Need a bit better communication

  I have been using Aptive for about a year now. I have nothing but good things to say. The techs always text with a heads up when they are about to arrive. They send me Pics while I'm at work so I can see what they did for the day. I always feel like they go above and beyond what other regular techs do as is my experience using other companies. Please treat your techs right as they are keeping me very happy as your customer.
