They treated the house the middle of July and it’s almost October so I called because we have a TON of living insects inside the home. I called and the best they could do was 2 weeks on a Saturday. First it was 8-5 so I called to get a more accurate time. They said they could do 8-12 and I said okay. That Saturday comes and it’s 11;30 and no sign of them so I called. Lady said before 1pm I said okay. Bug guy texts at 12:30 saying he should be at my house by 1:30. I said NOPE we have things to do I can’t just stay home all day waiting. Service is rescheduled to the following week. We have no clue on a time. He showed up and my husband had the front door open. The guy NEVER came inside or asked. We pay for them to do their job and we are NOT satisfied at all with their service. Most the summer it’s like we didn’t even have a pest control service because the bugs are unreal.
