- BCBonnie Carucci4 days ago1.0I was told the service would be once a month. Not true they can come once every 30 to 60 days and still charge you every 30 days. The 1st 2 times they went around my house for at least 20 minutes. The 2nd two times were not here for more than 5 minutes. What are we paying for? I want to cancel.
