The service provided is well enough. My home is clear of insects, even with the rainy spring.
However, the billing of this company is ridiculous. There was an issue with my card and payments were not going through. The company never notified me that they were not receiving payments until they sent me a bill for close to $1000. This means, in the six-eight months of the card not working, they never reached out to me at all to resolve the issue, especially when they have both my email and phone number.
And in order to resolve this, I have to call and speak to someone who is not in Tulsa. Highly disappointed with this experience and will be cancelling this service after I pay the remaining balance.
Honestly, I have no idea if there was treatment done on the 20th. I do not approve of "day-of-service' notice that someone is coming out. I'm not pleased with results and have said so on at least one occasion. I believe my contract should be over by now and I want it over. I don't want your service any longer.

I love adaptive they make sure to cover everything. Replacing the traps for me too. We have the inside of the house and outside done. I don’t worry about my pets getting flees or tics. I don’t have to worry about spiders in the bathroom! Zac is supper helpful,knowledgeable and just a great guy! I highly recommend them!😀

I receive a text the week before telling me when the service is scheduled, giving me plenty of time to reschedule if needed. The techs are always very efficient and ask me if there are any pest problems I need addressed. He did a good job inside the house and all around the house. The yard is always important to me because of our little dog. The mosquito traps do an amazing job. He also did mouse sticky traps in the house and garage because of the time of year. An all around great job.
I had a very nice and persuasive salesman come to my front door and convince me that Aptive was better than the pest control service I had, and were more effective at killing my mosquito population. Not true!! I had more mosquitoes in my yard than ever before that were attacking me every night I went out to water. I had to spray myself with Off, and then they would come after my face! I called and complained because we had an outdoor gathering scheduled, but they still did not remedy the problem. I hesitated in canceling because the contract penalizes you 199 dollars if you do so. Several weekends were ruined because of the mosquito problem. They try to tell you that it takes awhile to stop the life cycle of the mosquito, but I already had mosquito service before they started that was WAY MORE effective! When I canceled my service, I said I would not pay the penalty fee because I thought I deserved my money back altogether, but they still charged my credit card without my permission. Plus, when you call, you get someone in another state that can barely speak English. Stick with Mosquito Joes!
