  Brett did an outstanding job during his service visit. He was professional, courteous, and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure that every area of concern was addressed. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and represents Aptive well. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service.   Wyatt was incredibly helpful. He explained things easily and quickly. He went above and beyond finding the nooks and crannies bugs can go. Super happy about his service. No more black widows keeping me from my greenhouse!

  Effective and reasonable price. Convenient to work with after I signed up. They always text before they come, and if I have any problem areas, they take care of it. Most importantly, I haven’t really seen any bugs for at least the last year.

  I thought Paul was very professional and the best representative of Aptive so far in my experience. He went above and beyond and I can tell with the pictures he shared. I hope he continues to cover the territory i am in.
