  DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM I signed up for Aptive Pest Control about three months ago to fix a wasp issue at my home. Despite several visits, the only treatment they provided was spraying around the house and setting outdoor traps. The infestation actually got worse — at one point, I had hundreds of wasps flying inside. When I called for help, a technician came back but repeated the same surface treatment. I asked if they could remove the nest directly, and he said he wasn’t licensed to do that. The office manager later blamed me for “refusing service” and was rude and dismissive. I ended up paying a $199 cancellation fee just to end the contract. Ineffective service, poor communication, and no accountability. Save your money — look elsewhere.

  Cedric was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail and addressed the bees immediately. I couldn’t be happier.

  I just found the review I wrote last week “horrible experience, one star rate” was changed into five star. Why my review got changed without notifying me? I deleted that “five” star review. Please don’t do this again. Horrible service is horrible service. If I get five star service next time, I will give you true five star review.

  If you have a serious urgent problem don’t bother using. My family has a contract and they have YET to have taken care of our serious yellow jacket infestation that is IN our bedrooms over the last 2 MONTHS

  The service is spotty, customer support will lie to you, and their contracts aren't honored in terms of frequency of service. Expect to have six or seven "quarterly" charges in a calendar year. Look elsewhere... They were great four years ago but have gotten worse in stages since then
