  McKnight arrived quickly after notifying me of his arrival time. Photos were taken and sent to me of the work that was completed. Very happy with the service.

  I have to start off by saying the salesman David was good. However, he lied through his teeth and over the course of this last summer, I did not receive the services in which was on my contract. When I called Aptive and indicated that I was not receiving the services and that I wanted to cancel my contract, they said I would need to pay a $199 to cancel the sevices I didn't receive at that time. I talked to to one of the managers on the phone, who was going to escalate my case and that somebody would return my call, that never happened. I wanted a solution and to be compensated for the services, I did not receive, however they instead canceled my contract and never told me about it. The customer's service is absolutely horrendous on top of the fact that the three times I called every person told me something different. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it was a terrible experience from the beginning. Also, the bugs and pests never got any better around our house when they did show up. For all I know they could have been spraying water.

  Dylan as usual is completely professional. Sat there and a tentatively listen to my concerns and told me what he was gonna do to address them. This is the kind of professionalism that I get every time any of their members counted you pest control at my house. Highly recommended. I personally think Dylan needs a raise

  Service seems thorough and nice until you have an actual pest situation and have to wait a week to get it taken care of. Thankful the employees have all been great to deal with, but the availability is ridiculous. Also think it’s strange that they would use a product that requires water and not have a tank to fill it up, especially for the price—just helped himself to my water without permission too.

  I recently switched from Batzner‘s to Aptive. Today was me second appointment with Aptive. The guy they sent today was Great his name was Jeff. He was very thorough. He replaced all the sticky traps, got rid of all the dead mice and reset the regular traps and put a drip of stuff on all of them. The 1st guy that set up the traps did put the stuff on all of them. Jeff was also very thorough with the inside and outside bug spray. The 1st guy that came out I had to ask him to spray were the house meets the foundation and in and around my screen porch. I didn’t have to ask Jeff he just sprayed everything he should before I even had to ask. I really hope Jeff is going to be our regular guy. So I don’t have to worry about if someone else is going to do as good of a job.
