  We just got back from a trip. We turn the whole house water off when we are away. We turned it back on to discover water gushing out of the outdoor faucets. Apparently the Aptive guy tried to fill tanks with water which didn't work because it was off. My complaint is that he didn't put the faucets back into the off position. And it makes me wonder if he did full treatment since he couldn't get water. This is at least the second time that this has happened.

  I don't know that there has been a discernible difference before and after the use of these services. My son is scared to death of bugs and every day is a war on bug horror despite pretty control. I got the service mainly to do away with spiders and centipedes, either of which can be more than a nuisance. But we still see the ugly things crawling across the floor and it freaks us out. Not sure what to do. Guess we'll start having them spray inside of there are human-safe pesticides they use that are more effective than our own.
