  Beware of Aptive. They force you into a contract. I cancelled early after one year, and it was a ridiculous process. And of course I was charged $199, my bad. I accept the consequences.

  This is the second month in a row that I have been charged for a service and no one has done the service. And customer service is not helpful.

  Terrible. I hired them to address a very specific problem and they sent a technician with no clue about that problem. They keep auto-scheduling appointments with no input from me. After multiple appointments ($) with them they still have not solved the problem and still ask each time what I need (hub??), send someone clueless, and my singular problem I asked them to solve persists. I reiterate- Terrible!

  Absolutely brutal experience. They text you before arriving for appointments. I noted twice to not ring the doorbell as kids are sleeping and both time the door bell was rang. I then proceeded to cancel my service and after having to repeat my desire to cancel 4,789 times they finally did so. Afterwards I was charged an additional $89.99 for a monthly service that I did not receive and was told no luck on being reimbursed as this is how their billing cycle works, even through I did not receive this month. Terrible experience. I would rather have the bugs than have to deal with this company ever again.

  We’ve been using Aptive for years. They always come when they say they’re going to come and do a great job of treating our yard for pests. We especially love that with our membership, they will come out to do touchups for free if we see anything going on (e.g. ants or a wasp nest) we are very pleased!
