I reiterate- Terrible!

I noted twice to not ring the doorbell as kids are sleeping and both time the door bell was rang. I then proceeded to cancel my service and after having to repeat my desire to cancel 4,789 times they finally did so. Afterwards I was charged an additional $89.99 for a monthly service that I did not receive and was told no luck on being reimbursed as this is how their billing cycle works, even through I did not receive this month. Terrible experience. I would rather have the bugs than have to deal with this company ever again.
