This has unfortunately been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Since signing the contract, there has been no real improvement and the service has been extremely unreliable. They frequently miss scheduled appointments with no notice, and the call center/customer support is not helpful in addressing issues or providing solutions.
The sales representative who signed us up promised ongoing support and follow-through if anything came up — yet has been completely unreachable and does not respond to messages.
Save yourself the frustration and the money. I strongly recommend thinking twice before signing with this company.
UPDATE: The person who replied here doesn't give a damn about customers. The overall company is fake and these responses are super fake. Aptive sucks!
Highly unprofessional and unnecessary bad attitude. The guy was so rude when asked if he is here for the treatment. He sends pictures in messages and expects those pictures to deliver on an “sms” and says can’t you see the messages, I was already there and completed the work. I knew these guys were fake and provide no service and still charges a ton of money every month. Do not recommend whatsoever. Shop around and try other services while I am stuck with them on a contract.
Renee came out for our service today and was fantastic. She was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was being done. She gave us great options for how to treat our moisture ant problem and made sure we felt confident in the plan moving forward. What really stood out was how she handled everything with such calm confidence and attention to detail, while also being friendly and respectful of our home. It’s clear she cares not only about the job itself, but about making sure customers feel taken care of. That kind of leadership and communication is rare.

Aptive has provided monthly or bimonthly service to our home for over two, years. They re prompt and thorough. This past summer I discovered an active yellow jacket nest underground in bushes near my front door, and called them, even though the regular visit had just occurred a few days earlier.ma technician arrived within hours and treated the area and installed two large professional grade yellow jacket traps that worked actively all summer. We had no more problems with wasp and yellow jackets. There was no charge because I am a regular service client.
Everyone who has treated my home has educated me on my issues. Yesterday Mike explained
Ants know what to do and what not. He was very knowledgeable. I keep thinking this company is going to hate me because their policy is to call in between services if you need to. I told them when I signed that I would be doing so, and maybe they wouldn’t want to take me on. The salesman assured me this would be no problem. I’ve had 2 men this far tell me they aren’t an exterminator company, Im well aware of this. I also understand I warned them before I signed. They came to me, I didn’t call them. I have been through 3 pest companies this Summer alone. My only complaint is that all companies say everything you want to hear. But their techs are the ones actually doing the job. To the salesman, I am commission and that’s all they see. To the tech, though only once was someone downright rude. Everyone else has been friendly and does the job well. I think they’re overworked in general (and probably underpaid). Which makes me think the company is more concerned about their bottom line and I get the impression with high expectations at the expense of their employees. I could be wrong. But this far almost all of them have been in a hurry. Still doing their job as well as I can tell. I wish companies in general would appreciate that the expectations placed upon their employees should be lowered, even by lowering the number of homes they have to do in a day by 3 would be helpful. Not an10 homes a day to get a bonus or whatever the number is (they have a very hard job, with high expectations from customers due to the salesman's promises). This is basically a review of the company. I hope they take what I stated into consideration. I also believe the salesperson and techs need to be on the same page.
I’m not a bottom dollar, and your employees aren’t replaceable, and just a number. I get the impression that's how they're treated. They are human as you are too. Please consider lowering your expectations for each tech. Also, educate your salesmen please. Your customers are the ones caught in the middle. Again, I’ve always had nice, helpful, and educated techs but one time. I call them often, it’s not by their doing I live on a greenbelt. Which the salesman obviously knew and still sold me, thinking only of his commission. The one man I didn’t care for was several treatments ago. He mocked me (in a very low-key manner) and told me he didn’t see any spiders. I called back a week later due to spiders..I don’t know why he would think I would call, what would my intention be by doing that? That’s how he responded to me, and he didn’t treat the whole area. But one person out of 10 isn’t horrific. People have different personalities. I asked that the one man who I didn't get his name, wouldn’t come
back and he hasn’t so I do appreciate that.
