  All the people that have come to do the pest control have been wonderful, today was Shawn and he was polite, and great too, and gave me some great information. I do find the price a little high, I’m on a fixed income and it is hard to pay. Not sure if I will be able to renew account after this one ends, just wanted you to know I have no complaints about your workers that come every month.

  I’m beyond frustrated with Aptive Environmental. I hired them because I had a mouse in my house, and after FOUR visits, they still haven’t even come inside my home once! Every single time, they just spray outside for bugs and toss a mouse trap in my backyard — seriously? That’s not pest control. I’ve explained the problem over and over again, and they keep doing the bare minimum. It feels like they just want to mark the visit as “complete” and move on. Meanwhile, I’m still dealing with the same issue I hired them for. This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers or actually solving problems. Total waste of money and time. If you’re thinking about using Aptive — don’t. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually listens and takes their job seriously.

  Aptive are great to work with! The technician applies enough chemical necessary to prevent insects in the house. He always sends pictures and lets me k ow when he is arriving! I couldn’t ask for more!

  Alex was phenomenal!! He was friendly and very thorough! We got this service bc of our pets (cat & dog) we are new to this property wanted something affordable bc we are only renting. Alex was great he went above and beyond to give me a piece of mind and didn’t miss a spot!he even confirm the time with us via text the night before! 10/10 recommend!!

  Matt who is a supervisor at this location told me I wouldn't get charged a cancellation fee when i was ready to move out of state. I explained i was only interested in tick spray for 4 months and I explained I wasn't comfortable signing a 2 year contract but he assured me he would take care of the $200 fee and to call him directly with his personal cell phone..well now i'm ready to move out and he doesn't answer! left messages and text messages- nothing. seems like he talked me into the contract with lies so that he can earn commission or something. I called customer service and they basically told me if i don't have anything in writing with proof i'm out of luck! I should have known better.. lesson learned! I wouldn't recommend this company for the fact they're dishonest and the quality really sucks too. they also charge you every month regardless or if you schedule services or not. expensive and not worth it! Go with a local honest company who is not money hungry!!
