  Great customer service- I requested a quote and received a call back within 2 hours. My tech, Dave, was awesome. Informed me of everything he was going to do, took pictures of the outside fixes, and made sure there was nothing else needed before he left. Highly recommend

  Our technician, Kimberly, was extraordinary as usual. The quarterly treatments always end up getting stretched to 5+ each year. The price continues to go up more frequently.

  Ben was great! He took the time to listen to our issues and he took into consideration our pets in regards to placement of traps. He thoroughly sprayed areas I pointed out that I saw spiders in. He was also thoughtful and put on boot covers before coming in our house. Thank you!

  Not me, but my neighbor uses Aptive and their grass this past summer is completely dead! The only house on the block to use Aptive and for some reason all of their grass has died. Their lawn is brown. Makes me think that it is something that Aptive uses in their spray for ants and other insects in the lawn. Beware! I’m glad I didn’t sign up for Aptive! Plus their solicitors are very pushy and demanding.
