  -5/5 SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY! Beware of this company. We never signed a contract or agreed to any service—yet after one sales pitch at our home, they showed up twice more without notice (one visit at 7 AM!), even after we clearly declined. A month later, we received an “overdue payment” bill for a service we never requested or scheduled. Before signing up for anything, read other reviews about how difficult it is to cancel their so-called membership. Save yourself the stress and stay away from this company’s shady tactics.

  Wife waited at home all day to let Aptive spray on the back deck. I didn't see their texts until they had come and gone. Can't tell they ever knock or ring the doorbell.

  My technician did an excellent job spraying the exterior & interior of my home, as well, treating my lawn. He was very thorough, courteous and very professional.

  Your service technician was told NOT to service my house! He did it anyway!!! I have specifically told you I want Billy and no one else. You did this last month too and even after calling, complaining and telling you to cancel my contract, which you obviously have not done that either, you send someone else again! Horrible customer care and the worst experience ever!!! Can’t even pick up my dogs water bowl before spraying all over into it!!! I am NOT paying for today’s service when I said NO!!!!

  This company is a scam. Didn’t even sign a contract with the company, and after coming to our house once for a sales pitch, they kept trying to come back 2 more times after we repeatedly told them we’re not interested in their fake spraying services. 2 times of unannounced visits , one being 7 am. Then 1 month later, after declining their requests to come spray, we get a “bill” for overdue payment which is funny bc we didn’t sign any contracts nor have any interest to doing so. Do your self a favor and read reviews about this company and how hard it is to cancel their membership, before you think about enrolling in their “services” so you don’t go through the headache of trying to cancel, which they make it impossible to do.
