  The serviceman never rang the doorbell and left after he treated the outside. We ALWAYS require an inside treatment. He is coming back tomorrow morning.

  Isaac was very professional and explained about my termite inspection and the process. He did a very thorough job inside and outside of my house. He answered every question I had. He was also very personable!

  Always a great and easy experience when Aptive comes to my home. I've been using them for almost 2 years and have zero complaints. The service techs are ALWAYS on time and always provide clear communication. Great company!

From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional and deserving of five stars. ​Chris arrived exactly on time and was professional and courteous. What truly impressed me was his thoroughness and attention to detail. He was incredibly meticulous, treating every area we discussed and even identifying a potential access point I hadn't noticed myself. He didn't rush the job; he made sure the treatment was applied correctly and safely, all while respecting my property. He was truly a pleasure to work with.
