  They were very professional and very knowledgeable and friendly and caring about my issues and they were able to complete all . Hoseay was training another person and he was very good also.

  Not happy with today's service. On either side of my house my siding was sprayed. Front walkway foundation was sprayed as well as back of house but mostly the siding was sprayed. No brushing of webs was done

  Kyle was very efficient. He texted me to let me know that he was coming. I informed him no one would be home, he said it was absolutely no problem at all. He texted me when he was finished then he texted me again to let me know he thought maybe he left the gate unlocked and he thought maybe we had a dog so he came back to make sure the gate was locked.. Thank you, Kyle. It’s nice to have good customer service.

  The worker was at my house for less than 15 minutes. Rushed through spraying and granulating the perimeter of the house. Didn't even spray my backyard and was talking on his phone on speaker the entire time. Even his demeanor when I watched the cameras back seemed very didn't care and just wanted to hurry up and get it done. Not sure if this is a company issue (too many houses for one person maybe) or employee issue but left a bad taste in my mouth.

  Ryan delivered incredible service today with friendliness and professionalism to the highest degree. He let me know when he would be arriving, he inspected the outside of my house for additional issues I was having, he sent me pictures along with text communication of exactly what he did and what he found, and was friendly and courteous every step of the way. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful exterminator!
