She also explained to us a treatment for our trees to keep bugs off the upper branches. Once she was finished, she explained to us everything she had done and if we had any more questions. Tori did an excellent job…we’re very satisfied.

The technician called 30 mins prior to arriving and he sent a message to me, with pictures, after the service was complete. The technician was very kind and professional. Aptive offers great prices as well. This is the first visit so I don’t have results yet, but the customer service was great.

- CRconnor ryanOct 16, 20251.0We had issues with their billing/scheduling in 2024. They completed all four quarterly services within the first 7 months of the year. Called to get that resolved which they did, just for it to happen again the following year. When I called they already had a 5th service scheduled which I would have been charged for. I called and had my last service cancelled (7/25) as it was early again but they still sent a tech out. I closed my account in September and was not told that I had an outstanding balance for that July service and now received a past due notice. On top of all of this, you can expect your bill to go up every year. We are are in the process of buying a new house and will definitely be using someone else.
