  Provided contact information to be able to schedule time with the technician to provide interior service. No communication was offered by the technician, so not sure if the complete exterior was treated.

  I’ve had nothing but amazing service from Aptive! Thanks to Kelan (Key), we no longer have to worry about our mice problem. He was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable—answering every question with care. In today’s world, people like Key are rare; he truly values his work and it shows.   Kevin did an outstanding job !! He really took care of everything that was needed . Since I couldn't be home he kept me posted as to what was being done and he went above and beyond. We could see him on our cameras and he was very professional and very through . He gets ten stars in my book

  Crappy service! When they show up they don’t complete the service that’s paid for. And when they get rescheduled 3 weeks later they show up at 10am to just leave saying the grass is wet and we will need to reschedule for another 2/3 weeks out. I’m done paying for a service I have to fight to receive!

  This lady said her name is Jimmy? Or Jaime? Not sure of the spelling. She is different from most of the people who served here in Riverside. First, she told me that all children cannot return to the building in 45 min, later changing it to 30 min. She also told me that she can only spray the primary walls( only the walls related to the outside, that’s what she meant), which most of the walls she cannot spray. I moved some furniture for those primary walls, and she felt not happy about the furniture I moved. If I do not move them, she does not spray at all, which means at least 85% of the walls she cannot spray. Why does she come here if not to spray? She didn’t spray the back of the building ( backyard) because she said children stay outside 30 min, and she cannot wait that long. Actually, when she finished other parts outside of the building and inside, it already took her 25 min to 30 min. I do not understand why she cannot wait to spray the back of the building because children came into the building when she finished all parts except the back outside. She said she only allows 1.5 hours to be done, actually she only spent 30 min here before she left. We do not like her service.
