I was sent photos of a home that was not my home. I left at 1:05pm and received a text at 1:15pm and from the video on my home, he didn't even take 10 minutes so I do not believe he did anything. I will be filing a formal complaint!

The professionalism of JZ, our service technician, was beyond excellent. I have been with Aptive on and off for the past three years, and this young man was the best that I have encountered. Not only that, if I were the owner of Aptive, I would quickly promote this young man into management and have him oversee the training and service delivery of the company in order to replicate his energy, connectability, professionalism, and service excellence. Thank you, JZ, you truly earned this review.

Was supposed to be a free respray and was charged 80$. The company tends to charge people without telling them before hand. Also they will spray generally 3-4 times a year but charge you every single month of the year. They keep you locked into a contract so you can't cancel or they charge you hundreds of dollars. None of this is communicated when they come to your door either. Also the 3 times they have come to spray all the techs tell me its epically water they are spraying with some bug spray in it. Just buy yourself some spray from home depot and save yourself the heache and tons of money.

The service was terrible. I have a written plan setup to spray inside and outside. The tech arrived, rung the doorbell. I opened the door but he was not there. He was sitting in his truck. He never came back to the door; instead he sprayed the outside and left. The irritating part is I had replied back to his text and stated to spray inside and outside. I don't understand why he didn't come back and ring the doorbell nor why he would leave knowing he supposed to spray the inside also. I called the supervisor there is no one available until 2 days later. The tech screwed up the request and I suffer the consequences for his mistake and 2 more days of inconvenience. I had pulled furniture and items out from the walls, now to place them back and having to pull them back out again does not make me happy. This is the 3rd time a tech has come and left without giving me my complete service. I am not happy with Aptive services. I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere where the customers are truly valued. I am not a valued customer here at Aptive, all I get is disappointments.
