- JBJ B3 days ago1.0Very poor communication. For the first service, the guy tried to come an hour early while I was gone and was very pushy about it. Then when I tried to cancel service for the winter the guy didn’t tell me I needed to call or that there would any kind of charge. He just said “ok” and walked away. So I called when I got the next appointment reminder only to be met with obnoxious hold times (again, no warning of how long they would be). The manager was rude and charged $200 to cancel before the 24 months was up. 24 months that was, of course, never communicated. You have to read the whole contract for that. Just be aware of what you’re getting into.

- DSDennis SullivanOct 22, 20252.0Servicing agent showed up before scheduled appointment time and was gone without speaking to me. I was not able to address areas that needed to be concentrated on. It appears he did not complete ant control around the trees or along the walls on the perimeter or slug control along the retaining wall. It also appears that he forgot to spray for spiders around the shed.

Will was thorough with the inside and sprayed anything I pointed out as worry spots plus more. Went above expectations and were very kind. David sprayed the outside and got all around the doorways. Both were very nice and had an easy experience. Costumer service was 10/10 job done 10/10.
