  The first 2 techs that came out were awesome! They used the brush around the entire house and carport, and all our cameras , etc. We had those webs in the trees that the first girl tried to get, she also did the fence and my wind chimes on the back porch! We were infested with spiders and webs. And they treated the entire yard. We have a lot of ants. They spent a lot of time here. This last girl that came might have been here 15 min. She didn't brush around the entire house. Just here and there. I asked her to treat around the cameras, especially the one on the carport because a spider sets it off in the middle of the night making it's web. But she did not. She took the brush and did a swipe on the doors but didn't even do the camera. She did nothing to the yard even though I told her we had ants scattered throughout. We also have a huge ant hill next to the driveway that I told her about but nothing done with it either because I went out a couple hours later and put a stick in it and ants came pouring out. I was very disappointed with the last service tech.

  Chris did a fantastic job!! Prior to coming, he asked if I had concerns and came prepared with product to treat pests for my concerns. He answered questions about the other treatments that were being done that had come up since they were installed, and also concerning the season change. Chris did a fantastic job!!!!

  I am grateful for the referral to Aptive Pest Control. Hunter was extremely professional and customer focused. He reached to give an ETA and engaged with me throughout the process, making sure I understood how my issues with the underground nest were being handled. He took pictures after completion and reiterated when I could expect my next service visit. He assured me that I could reach out in between visits if the issue that I called them out for didn't subdue within a certain timeframe. I recommend you try them out for any of your pest control needs. Thank you all for going above and beyond for each of your clients.

  I don’t know how my house was treated today 10/16/25. I have a ring camera and it didn’t go off once. Every other time I have had treatment you can see the guy spraying. So did my camera not go off because everything before he came recorded and everything after he left recorded.
