The technician was professional and courteous. When she arrived, we reviewed the areas that needed treatment, discussed the types of pests we had seen, and then she started the service. She covered the interior and exterior of our home, asked again if there were any questions, then left on a cheery note. Highly recommended!
Thomas serviced my home last visit (August visit) and he was very good. I meant to request he come back for my October visit. I do not remember the name of the gentleman who came this month but he was good as well. However, Thomas took the time to identify the type of pests that were in the traps-who knew there were “German” pests and explained they are more difficult to eradicate. I do not remember the name of the gentleman who came for my October24th service but he was very nice too. I would like to request Thomas for my next visit. Is that possible?

Everything went wrong from the scheduling time to the person who came in to spray which not sure exactly of he did outside or not, webs around the light fixtures and by the door. Texted him while he was sending pics of the wrong house to fix the problem which he ignored then went outside to get his attention and still drove off while literally standing waving my arms almost in front of him. Called spoke with a supervisor not once she apologize just rescheduled the service. HORRIBLE COMPANY OVERALL I could get more pics but I dont think it really matters to them. Just pay for a service that wasn't done.

Aptive gets 0 stars from me. (In order to post, I had to give 1 star). Technicians fail to show up as scheduled and give no notice that they will not be coming as scheduled. We are seeing bugs we have never seen before, in places that have never had bugs before. Oddly enough, we are experiencing more mosquito bites than ever before despite having their mosquito service. It is enraging that they have not honored their part of the contract (bug control with timely service) but I have to honor the $199 cancellation fee. If Aptive knocks on your door, don’t answer.
