  First extermination was very through. Today's exterimination was not through at all. Had to ask for the garage to be sprayed and it was not done well at all. I wasted alot of my time moving things around in the garage so he could use the same tank spayer and wand that he used in the house. He had already put tank sprayer in the van when I asked him to spray garage. He returned with a 1 gal. hand held sprayer (no wand) and spot sprayed around the walls of the garaga. If someone is sent back out, I want someone else to spray. I do not want Blake back out here. He was very nice, but I did not get as good of service.

  Blake was very professional and knowledgeable about the pesticide treatment for my home. Blake’s kind and positive attitude was top notch! He is without a doubt an asset for Aptive! I have been very pleased for several years with Aptive’s services to keep insects out of my home!

  Did a through inspection. Much appreciated. I was given a refrigerator, it came with free roaches. My ants problems and spiders are very under control. Thank You! My great grandson is scared of bugs. He is getting much better with them. I just have to call the guys, when he see even a dead one. Lol

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We signed up with this company for the 2nd time and the we have been treated very unprofessional. Just to save time in all the details i have called in 4 times in the last week and no one will return my call. The technician sprayed our windows and we had just had them clean. They did it the first time and we had them recleaned and then they did it again. When i told him not to spray the windows he got defensive and told me that he would just cancel our service and he just left. I called in and my call when to South Africa. And they said they would have a manager call me. No one has or will return my call but if you call in and want them to service your home the call stays in the United States and someone will call you but when you have a issue you won't be able to talk to any one to get help. This is a BIG RED Flag !! Call any number you can find for this company you will get a automated system that will give you 2- choices. 1- if you are a customer or 2- if you want service. If you press 1 your call will go to south africa ( because they don't want to talk to you about a problem) but if you press 2 they want to get you signed up. But if you have any issue beware you are on your own! One more thing if they truly cared about the customer don't you think you could get a call back from a Manager??????

  I signed up for your service while I was out doing Sales myself when I ran across a representative he told me that the initial cost was going to be $30 for just the outside going forward. It’ll be around 80 bucks a month for outside and inside today, I had someone home over the age of 18 two make sure that my inside was done this time. The representative did not go in the inside of my home when the text message I got this morning, said that they will be doing an inside and outside and that they would like to start with the interior first when I reach back out to the representative after I found out that my inside was not done he said that he did speak with the person who was there over the age of 18 And they said to do the Normal stuff and he said that they typically do not do the inside. It’s just the outside. I was going to have him come back, but it seemed like it would be an issue so I just left it alone and said next time to do the inside of my home. I don’t find it fair. I was charged full price to get half the job done. With all that being said, I still think that my initial spray was very helpful and I do recommend this company This might have just been a one off situation
