  We still have a ton of Asian beetles and stink bugs and they came out to spray in the rain what good is that it will be wahed away by tonight. We were also lied to about the services they were going to provide amd we are stuck paying even though they are not licensed for the service they were supposed to provide in the state of MN

  "TAY" was our service professional, he communicated thoroughly, let us know when he was there, asked if we had any problem areas - and then text us when he was done - and even came back because he forgot a spot. Very impressed with him and the service we received. THANK YOU TAY! you're outstanding.

  Since I do daycare, I need services done after 4:30, at least for the inside. I’ve told them but they always show up earlier. The techs are always super friendly, but since they often only come once every 2 months, I’m paying $200 per application. That’s way more than the local service. I feel like I made a bad decision with committing to them… especially for a 2 year contract! Not worth it.

  The company rep falsely stated that he completed the treatment and Uploaded pictures of two different houses to show proof. Neither of those were my house. When I contacted the company they said they completed it. I asked them to cancel my service due to the 1. mistrust and 2. they haven't completed the service within the agreed time in the contract (50-80 days), we are at day 84.

  Service Rep was very informative and thorough. Answered all my questions and took care of needed interior pest control supplies that I had been needing but could not catch earlier service reps for. (ie not at home when servicing occurred. Service Rep informed me that I could contact Aptive prior to any servicing and ask to have future needed supplies left at door.)
