  0 stars. Didn't knock on the door for a canceled appointment that was supposed to be canceled. Then charged my bank. COPLETE SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL DONT USE

  The technician was very good at his job he’s very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He is a great person to have on the Aptive team 😀‼️

  The technicians are always personable and the bug spray seems to be effective- however- I've requested multiple times that the technician bring a fly trap on the next visit and this is the third time they did not....they don't have it on the truck... and there was no note to do so in my file. Since that service is included in what I pay- this should be standard on the truck. Also, I'm very particular that they do not spray my kids toys in the yard. Even though I've told EVERY technician and even called and talked to the manager who assured me she had made a note- there was still no note in my file about this. Again, I've asked so many times I've lost faith that this is something they are capable of. This makes me feel like I have to be here every time they visit since the internal communication is poor. There is some room for improvement with Aptive.
