  Amazing job every time, they removed a few wasp nests off the side of my home even after initially saying they were too high. Then today they were able to spray a rotting pumpkin on my porch and throw it in the trash for me. Bees were starting to seed off of it and I didn’t want to have to be a beekeeper for Halloween. Thanks guys!

  This company unfortunately doesn’t care about the quality of work they provide. I shouldn’t have made the decision to end my previous pest control but we moved and had heard positive feedback about aptive. I did like a few technicians and the supervisor until I didn’t get a response to stopping my subscription. There was one technician who sprayed my entire windows causing them to be dripping with chemicals which dried eventually of course left marks. He also was out of a specific mosquito device in which I paid even more for so my property would be treated for them. I’m pretty sure he was stoned when he was working too. Then to top it off after my complaints I had to pay $200 to cancel my subscription. The manager insisted on giving me a deal for continuing my service with them. I couldn’t believe it after I told her how disappointed I was with the company. So it’s clearly about money and not the customer. Don’t waste your time and money unless you want an unprofessional service feel free! I’m not serious when I give them one star but you can’t post without rating. Zero stars weren’t an option.

  Brandon was so helpful, he is able to review and answer all the concerns, he did go around the house both in and out and able to provide treatment inside the house and as well as outside. Really appreciate all the help and support he did provide and I recommend Aptive pest control and they are able to provide services for a reasonable price.

  This is an absolute scam.. they get there reviews before the service. We still have a consistent bug problem. They have skipped over services such as treating the inside. (Very clean home)(on our like 5th service) You will be stuck in a contract with a company who just walks and sprays this useless deterrent. Technician’s thus far have shown no professionalism. They will avoid talking to you. Or try to avoid doing a service Photos are of ant issues. And gnat issues. Both were sold to me as deterred based off the information they gave. I can’t find a spider of course when I’m looking.. but they are just as bad before we bought the service. I’m serious look into this before signing the line.

  Highly recommend! They were able to get me in for the same day service, which was amazing and exactly what I needed. The technician that came out did an absolute amazing job, very happy and satisfied with the service he completed for my home today. Nate S was very knowledgeable, professional and and he made sure that I understood fully everything that he was doing In and outside of my home for the service.
