  Seneca does a great job! He always let's us know of areas he sees that could be trouble & he takes care of them for us. He is very personable as well as conscientious.....always going above & beyond!!

  Worst COMPANY EVER!! Well I'm not sure how aptive pest control is set up but if they go by locations I apologize if this is the wrong location. However they auto withdraw a month in advance for about $90 We did sign a contract with them, I love the technician however management has given the technician a hand spreader to do an acre of property when they came out and we switch pest control companies they were promising to get everything !! We got our first treatment and not only that we had to call them back out two weeks after our first treatment because they didn't do a very good job and things went downhill from there. You cannot log into the website at all it gives you basically a loop that yes you have an account change your password you change your password you can't get in they say you exist so it's a basic feedback loop where you cannot contact them their customer service is very poor, I have called 10 or 11 times to cancel my account and after we thought it was canceled we get a text message stating they're coming out to do service, they were supposed to show up the 14th of October to retreat and nobody ever showed up. I have cobwebs, I have hornet's nest, I found a scorpion inside my home, I got bit 32 times in one week by ants because of their failure to do what they're supposed to do!! I am seriously thinking of filing a police report on them for theft of service and filing with a better Business bureau for deceptive trade practice. And probably take them to small claims court to get our month that we paid in advance because they did not meet their fiduciary responsibilities on their end of the contract , which puts them into default!!!!

  Aptive has been the most effective at treating our home exterior for bugs especially wasps. Damond was here recently and did a great job finding some evidence of ants to treat in the yard. We are very happy with Aptive and recommend them to anyone.

  As always the tech was polite and professional. I was lied to by the sales person about price. But like I said service techs are efficient and professional, respectful and polite! That in itself is very important to me, thank you for that.

  Damond was super efficient and sprayed the whole interior of my house. He also put down bait in the spots where we were having the biggest problems with ants. He then went outside and sprayed both above and below the areas around my entire house where ants are most active. He was cheerful and polite at all times. He asked me several times if there were any other areas that needed spraying, but as far as I was concerned he had already sprayed everything that needed sprayed. I was very happy with Damond's service today and I would give him 10/10!
